- Leek - 1 stem
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the garlic and leeks, and fry until golden.
Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil until soft in vegetable broth.
Add the onion roast and puree the soup with a blender.
Season to taste and garnish with chopped herbs.
