- Round rice (boiled) – 250 g
- Salmon (low salt) – 120 g
- Tuna (canned) – 100 g
- Bacon (slices) – 50 g

- Philadelphia Cheese - 200 g
- Mayonnaise (Japanese) – 1 art.l.
- Rice vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Nori - 2 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the boiled rice, vinegar and sugar.
Chop green onions and salmon
Carefully put the tuna on a plate and divide it into cubes with a fork.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, lay out a layer of rice, place a sheet of nori on top.
Place cheese, green onions, canned tuna and salmon on the wide edge of the strip.
Roll up a tight roll, pressing your fingers over the entire surface.
Cover the finished roll with bacon slices, garnish with mayonnaise and green onion slices.
