Cut the beef tenderloin into large pieces and put it in a saucepan.
Add the prepared legs, spices, water and cook for 6 hours over low heat.
Add salt, add carrots, peeled onion and garlic. Boil everything together for another 40 minutes.
Remove the meat, separate from the bone and finely chop.
Strain the broth through a double layer of gauze.
Put the meat in the prepared containers and pour the warm broth. Remove the jelly in a cool place for 6 hours.
