- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop red fish, tomatoes, celery, peeled leeks and bell peppers.
Tear the salad into pieces with your hands.
Peel the mango and cut into small cubes.
Mix salad leaves, mango, fish, bell pepper, tomatoes, celery and leeks.
Add salt, lemon zest, oil and mix gently.
