Such a fast and delicious protein salad with smoked chicken and string beans became my everyday favorite from the first time. It prepares very quickly and perfectly saturates for the next half day. Most often I make it instead of the main course.
Ingredients
- Smoked chicken - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 200 g
- String beans - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beans in boiling water for a couple of minutes until soft or fry over high heat.
Cut the cucumbers and chicken into strips about the size of the pieces of beans.
Mix the salad, season with soy sauce with lemon juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
