I want to share with you another universal recipe for chicken salad – this time with avocado and fragrant herbs. I cook it just like that and for holidays, for myself and for my family, and somehow I even did it on a picnic with chicken from the grill.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Salad mix - 160 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Ground coriander - 1 pinch
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat off the chicken, rub it with salt and pepper, and fry in a frying pan or on the grill on both sides.
Cut the chicken fillet into strips about 7 mm thick.
Peel the avocado and cut it into slices, and cut the cherry in half.
Put all the ingredients on the green mix and season the salad with olive oil.
Sprinkle the dish with Provencal herbs and ground coriander.
