Caesar with shrimp and quail eggs is a real storehouse of healthy protein. It turns out to be very satisfying and original. In order not to drown out the taste of the products, use yogurt without additives or olive oil as a dressing.
Ingredients
- Salad mix - 200 g
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Quail eggs - 4-6 pieces
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Crackers - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the shrimp and fry with spices to taste. It's literally a few minutes on each side.
Boil quail eggs 3-4 minutes after boiling, cool in cold water, peel and cut.
Put the salad mix on plates, and all the other ingredients on it.
Sprinkle Caesar with grated parmesan.
