Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 250 g
- Zucchini - 250 g
- Onion - 60 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 100 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the pumpkin, zucchini and onion on a grater. I prefer the smallest, but you choose at your discretion.
Squeeze the vegetables from the excess juice and add the egg.
Mix the mass well, add salt and flour with baking powder to it.
Fry vegetable pancakes on both sides until golden and put on paper napkins to get rid of excess fat.
