The combination of chicken and fruit has long ceased to be outlandish, but some recipes are still surprising. For example, this is a wonderful way to bake chicken legs with figs. Such a wealth of flavors cannot be obtained with spices alone.
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 8 pieces
- Fig - 300 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.l .
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.l .
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix tomato and soy sauce, spices, chopped garlic, chili and rosemary.
Marinate the legs in this mixture for half an hour.
Cut the figs, put them in a mold, drizzle with oil and season.
Put the chicken legs and the remains of the marinade on top.
Cook the chicken in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees under foil.
Remove the foil 10 minutes before the end.
