Cottage cheese casserole can be cooked in different ways, and this time I want to share with you a recipe with semolina. It turns out to be very soft and tender, and literally melts in your mouth. Serve it with jam, honey, berries or hot chocolate.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 60 ml
- Semolina - 40 g
- Brown Sugar - 1.5 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Candied fruits (or raisins) – 50 g
- Cinnamon - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the semolina with yogurt and leave for 20 minutes.
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with egg, sugar and salt.
Combine both masses, add cinnamon and candied fruits or raisins, and mix.
Put the casserole in a mold and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
