Cutlets do not necessarily have to be cooked from meat. For example, it turns out very tasty from broccoli and corn. You can serve an appetizing dish with different sauces, sour cream or mayonnaise. All the details are in the recipe!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, rinse and put in a saucepan.

Fill with water, bring to a boil, add salt and cook for 7 minutes.

Cool the finished broccoli and chop it very finely.

Mix eggs, salt, ground pepper, washed corn and broccoli.

Form small cutlets of the same size with your hands, roll them in breadcrumbs and put them on a preheated frying pan with oil.

Fry the cutlets on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
