Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 800 g
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken with spices and leave to marinate.
Finely chop all the vegetables. Peel the tomatoes first.
Fry the onion, carrot and pepper until soft. Mix with flour.
Add tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste and sour cream, simmer for another 2 minutes.
Put the chicken in the mold, and put the sauce on it.
Put everything in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
