Got a slow cooker, but don't know what to cook in it? Cook a vegetarian pilaf. Smart technology will turn an appetizing dish into a real masterpiece. The rice will turn out crumbly, the vegetables are crispy, and the spices are especially fragrant.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop carrots, string beans, tomatoes, peeled onions and bell peppers.

Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and turn on the "Frying" mode.

Add onion, carrot and fry until golden brown.

Add the bell pepper, tomatoes and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes.

Add string beans, black pepper, cumin and salt. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the washed rice, pour in hot water and turn on the "Pilaf" mode.

Close the lid and cook for half an hour. After the beep, leave the dish to infuse for another 15-20 minutes.
