Have you noticed how often noodles are cooked in China? It is served as an independent dish, prepared with different additives, used in various recipes. I suggest we support the Chinese tradition and cook vermicelli with turkey and vegetables.

Chop tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, peeled onions and garlic.
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the turkey and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Add onion, carrot and continue frying for another 5 minutes.
Add cabbage, tomatoes and ground paprika. Fry everything together for 10 minutes, not forgetting to stir from time to time.
In a separate saucepan, boil the vermicelli according to the instructions, flip it into a colander and leave to drain for 4-5 minutes.
Pour the vermicelli into a frying pan with meat and vegetables. Add garlic, salt, mix and warm up for a couple of minutes so that the excess liquid disappears.
