- Salmon - 500 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Greenery - 2 twigs
- Green onion - 2 pen
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Marinate salmon with chopped onion in soy sauce for 20 minutes.
Put the circles of tomatoes and lemon, onion and fish on the parchment.
Drizzle with olive oil and pepper.
Cover everything with chopped herbs and green onions on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
