Baking a whole fish is much easier than it seems at first glance. Especially if you have already managed to clean it. I will tell you on the example of pink salmon, which is also quickly prepared, like any red fish. A great option for those who are preparing something like this for the first time!
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Thyme - 1 twig
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean and thoroughly wash the pink salmon, rub it with oil and all spices.
Put coarsely chopped garlic, onion slices and some herbs in the belly.
Put the remaining herbs on top of the fish and wrap everything in foil.
Bake the pink salmon in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes in foil, and then unwrap.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
