Ingredients
- Rabbit - 1 carcass
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the rabbit carcass into small pieces and put it in a bowl.
Add ground pepper, salt, oil, lemon juice, chopped tomatoes and onions.
Mix, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 day.
Put the rabbit pieces on the skewers, alternating with onions and tomatoes. Fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
