- Sea bass (fillet) – 500 g
- Flour - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Mineral water - 50 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Salt - pinch
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the perch fillet, cut into pieces, add salt and pepper to taste, leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Prepare the batter: whisk the eggs with salt, mineral water and lemon juice. Enter the sifted flour and whisk again until smooth.
Roll the pieces of fish in a small amount of flour and put them in the batter.
Fry the fish in preheated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown (7-10 minutes). Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Serve the perch fillet with fresh or baked vegetables.
