- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 1 glass

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey, dry it and cut it into plates 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
Beat each piece well with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, season with salt, pepper and brush with mustard. Leave at room temperature for half an hour.
Beat eggs with salt, ground pepper and flour.
Mix breadcrumbs with paprika and pour on a wide plate.
Dip the chops in batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chops in a hot frying pan with oil for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Put the chops on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
