Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 150 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 150 g
- Lettuce - 100 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 2 pieces
- Bow purple (large) – 1 piece
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 art.l.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the red fish, cucumbers and peeled potatoes.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Peel and slice the purple onion.
Mix onion, sugar, ground coriander and wine vinegar. Cover with a lid for 10 minutes.
Mix fish, potatoes, salad leaves, onions and cucumbers.
Add salt, vegetable oil and mix gently.
