Did you want to eat Caesar salad? Do not rush to book a table in a restaurant. You can cook this delicious dish at home, even if you don't have ready-made crackers. I prefer to cook with chicken fillet and parmesan, but without tomatoes!
Ingredients
For salad:
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Lettuce - 5 leaves
- Parmesan - 60 g
- White bread - 150 g
- Garlic - 2 of the clove
- Salt - to taste
For refueling:
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
Tear the salad leaves with your hands. Grate the parmesan on a fine grater.
Cut white bread into cubes, fry in a dry frying pan, add garlic passed through the press.
Mix salad leaves, chicken fillet, crackers and salt.
Separately mix the egg, olive oil, mustard and oregano.
Pour the dressing over the salad, stir and sprinkle with parmesan.
