I always try to cook a variety of food. For this reason, we often have Asian dishes. Recently I tried this wonderful salad. It turned out to be incredibly delicious, so now I can safely share the recipe with you.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.

Flip into a colander and rinse with cold water.

Mince pork fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Chop the pickled mushrooms, red pepper and peeled onion.

Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater.

Mix the funchosa, minced meat, hot pepper, mushrooms, ginger and onion.

Add rice vinegar, salt and ground coriander. Stir and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
