Why not treat your family to an exotic dish? For example, you can make an original salad from funchosa. It's simple, delicious and healthy. If you don't like the specific smell of fish sauce, replace it with Worcestershire or soy.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 200 g
- Squid (boiled) – 2 carcasses
- Shrimp (chilled) – 12 pieces
- Octopus (boiled) – 100 g
- Minced pork - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 art.l.
- Rice vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Fish sauce - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse with cold water.
Mince pork fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Wash the shrimp with boiling water and peel off the shells.
Chop octopus, squid, hot pepper, green onion and carrot.
Mix the funchosa, seafood, minced pork and vegetables.
Separately mix sesame oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce, ground pepper and garlic passed through a press.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
