Korean–style tomato salad is one of my favorite vegetable snacks. They turn out sharp, spicy and very juicy. Bright greens add interesting flavor notes and simply decorate the dish.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Wine vinegar - 50 ml
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Sugar - 40 g
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the pepper, chili and garlic in a blender.
Mix with chopped herbs, vinegar, sugar, salt, oil and spices.
Chop the tomatoes and pour the dressing, mix gently.
Let the tomatoes infuse for a few hours before serving.
