Ingredients
- Sea cabbage (pickled) – 400 g
- Octopus (pickled) – 300 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the octopuses, carrots and peeled onions.
Mix onion with vinegar and sugar. Cover with a lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
Mix seaweed, octopus, carrots and pickled onions.
Add salt, ground coriander, vegetable oil and mix.
