Ingredients
- Green peas (cleared) – 3 glasses
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Sesame - 3 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 5 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 20 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil green peas in salted water until tender.
Drain the water, spread the peas to dry in a thin layer on a towel.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Put sesame seeds, oil, salt, ground black pepper and peeled garlic cloves in a blender bowl. Beat for 3-5 minutes at medium speed.
Add the peas, lemon juice and grind until smooth.
