I hasten to share with you another wonderful recipe. It is prepared with hot pepper. Peel it from the seeds, rinse and finely chop it. Thanks to this, the taste will be softer. Almond petals can be replaced with peanuts or seeds.
Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 400 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Dried tomatoes - 150 g
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Almond petals - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken liver, peel off the films and dry it.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the liver until tender. Season with salt and pepper before turning it off.
Chop dried tomatoes, peeled Bulgarian and hot pepper.
Mix salad mix, dried tomatoes, chicken liver and both types of pepper.
Add salt, ground pepper, Dijon mustard and mix.
Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle with almond petals.
