Salad with salmon and avocado is a perfectly balanced, light and harmonious dish that is cooked for no more than 15 minutes. You can experiment with dressing at your discretion, for example, replacing olive oil with a spoonful of natural yogurt.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the avocado, cut in half, remove the stone. Using a spoon, separate the pulp from the skin, cut into small pieces. Place the chopped pulp on the bottom of a large salad bowl.

Cut the salmon fillet into cubes and send it to the salad bowl with avocado.

Wash the arugula and lettuce leaves, dry them. If necessary, tear the salad with your hands, chop the arugula. Put it in a bowl with the other ingredients.

Cut cherry tomatoes into halves, put them on the greens.

Season the salad with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve the salad to the table immediately after cooking.
