Salad with beef and figs

Beef with figs is an exquisite combination that will delight even gourmets. Especially in such a spectacular way as this salad is served. Do not regret spending a little more time on the presentation – and the result will definitely exceed expectations.

Ingredients

Beef - 250 g
Salad mix (or any greens to taste) – 150 g
Zucchini - 2 pieces
Fig - 4 pieces
Olives - 2 handfuls
Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Balsamic vinegar - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fry or bake the beef so that it remains pink inside. Cut into thin slices.

Cut the zucchini into slices and fry on both sides.

Add the salad mixture, olives and fig halves.

Season the salad to taste and sprinkle with balsamic.
