Fruit salad on the table always looks bright and beautiful. It can be served in transparent bowls, cups and plates. But a much more original dish will look in a melon. Cut it in half, remove the pulp and the "plate" is ready.
Ingredients
- Melon (chilled) – 1 piece
- Blueberries - 100 g
- Blackberries - 100 g
- Kiwi - 2 pieces
- Persimmon - 1 piece
- Yogurt (sweet) – 100 ml
- Anise (seeds) – 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chilled melon in half crosswise.
Select seeds and pulp, forming plates of the desired size.
Chop the melon pulp, peeled kiwi and persimmon.
Wash the blackberries and blueberries and gently dry them with a paper towel.
Mix berries, fruits and sweet yogurt.
Put the salad in the melon blanks, sprinkle with anise seeds and decorate as you like.
