- New potatoes - 250 g
- Mussels - 250 g
- Shrimp - 250 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Lime juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut small potatoes in half or rings and fry on both sides in olive oil over medium heat.
Separately fry the mussels until golden. Fry the shrimp, too, or boil for a couple of minutes.
Chop the herbs and garlic, sprinkle the salad. Sprinkle everything with lime juice.
