Ingredients
- Chickpeas - 50 g
- Lentils - 50 g
- Pumpkin - 150 g
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Pumpkin seeds - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
- Cranberries (dried) – 1 handful
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil chickpeas and lentils until cooked according to the manufacturer's instructions, but do not digest.
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and fry in olive oil. You can bake or cook in any other convenient way.
Cut the apples into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Beautifully put the ingredients on plates and sprinkle the salad with seeds, dried cranberries and chili flakes. For children, you can replace chili with paprika.
