Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 400 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Prunes (without a bone) – 60 g
- Pickled mushrooms - 150 g
- Cucumbers (average) – 3 pieces
- Onion (large) – 1 piece
- Mayonnaise (salad) – 80 ml
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet, pickled mushrooms and cucumbers.
Peel onions, eggs and chop.
Rinse the prunes thoroughly and soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, dry the prunes with a paper towel and finely chop.
Mix everything, add salt and ground coriander.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix. The finished salad can be sprinkled with chopped herbs, seeds or nuts.
