Another interesting recipe for a festive table. Boil the turkey in salted water and leave in the liquid until completely cooled. Thanks to this, the meat will turn out very juicy. You can fill it with mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- Turkey (boiled) – 300 g
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 150 g
- Dill - 3 twigs
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Mayonnaise (salad) – 50 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dice turkey, cucumbers, peeled eggs and potatoes.
Grate the hard cheese, chop the dill.
Mix cucumbers, dill, wine vinegar and leave for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the turkey, potatoes, eggs, cheese and pickled cucumbers.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
