- Beef (clipping) – 300 g
- Iceberg lettuce - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 2 twigs
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry it with paper towels and cut it into thin plates.
Preheat a frying pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and fry the meat on both sides until golden brown.
Wash the salad, shake it off slightly, disassemble the leaves and tear them into small pieces with your hands.
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, peeled bell peppers and onions.
In a wide bowl, mix lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and bell peppers.
Add salt, remaining olive oil and mix gently.
Put the salad on a warmed plate, add the beef on top. Serve warm.
