Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Sprinkle with spices, salt and pour hot oil.
Stir, cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add garlic and vinegar passed through the press and mix well again. Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
