Ingredients
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 450 g
- Flour - 0.5 glasses
- Egg whites - 4 pieces
- Corn flour - 0.75 glasses
- Garlic (dried) – 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix plain flour, salt and garlic powder.
Mix corn flour and spices separately to taste.
Lightly whisk the whites.
Dip the peeled shrimp in plain flour, then in proteins, and then in corn flour.
Put them on a greased baking sheet and put them in the oven for about 10 minutes until browned at 200-220 degrees.
