It's very easy to make a really delicious buckwheat porridge. It is enough to rinse the cereal well, accurately maintain the proportions and carefully monitor the cooking process. At the end, be sure to wrap a pot of porridge with a warm towel!
Ingredients
- Buckwheat - 200 g
- Water - 400 ml
- Butter - 60 g
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the buckwheat several times under running water. This is done in order to remove debris and dust.
Boil water, add salt and washed buckwheat.
Cook for 12-15 minutes on low heat. It is better not to completely cover the pan with a lid.
Turn off the heat, add the butter and mix gently. Wrap the pan with a warm towel for 20 minutes.
