Mackerel does not have to be baked whole. It is quite possible to do this in portions, if it is more convenient for you. There are several nuances in the process, especially with regard to the cooking time. I will tell you more about all this later in the recipe, so you will surely succeed!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel - 2 pieces
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 2 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the mackerel into medium-sized pieces, but do not mince too much.

Sprinkle all the spices and pour olive oil with soy sauce.

Put the fish in a mold and bake for 20 minutes under foil at 180 degrees.

Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
