When you want a beautiful elegant breakfast, this is it. If you need an unusual snack for the holiday – this is also it, but it is better to serve it hot at the expense of fried eggs. I advise you to take bigger shrimps – it's more convenient and nothing will disintegrate.
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Shrimp (large) – 4-8 pieces
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Pumpkin seeds - 1 art.l.
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Olives - 4 pieces
- Basil - 4 leaflet
- Spices and seasonings - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the avocado into slices.
Boil or fry the shrimp until tender. It's literally a couple of minutes.
Fry the eggs separately. It is better to use a special mold so that they are even.
Put basil leaves, avocado, egg, shrimp and olives on slices of bread.
Sprinkle everything with spices, seeds and sesame seeds.
