For the sake of delicious fast food, many people can drive a couple of extra kilometers. This is especially true of such popular French hot dogs now. Fortunately, now special buns are sold in the store, so you can prepare a snack at home.
Ingredients
- Bun (French) – 2 pieces
- Sausages (Viennese) – 2 pieces
- Mustard - to taste
- Ketchup - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a well-heated dry frying pan, fry the buns on both sides and put them on a board.
Pour in the olive oil, lay out the sausages and brown on both sides.
Carefully put mayonnaise into the buns with a teaspoon.
Put ketchup in one bun, and mustard in the second. In order not to confuse, lubricate the slices accordingly.
Put the sausages in and serve hot.
