Salmon, avocado and cottage cheese - as for me, the most harmonious combination of products. Such bruschettas are very popular in my family. The delicate structure of cheese, slices of lightly salted fish, crispy baguette - delicious, satisfying and exquisite. I share a simple recipe.

Cut the baguette into slices and fry in a frying pan without oil on both sides until golden brown.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, remove the pulp with a spoon and cut it into thin slices.

Spread the toasted pieces of bread with cottage cheese, put the sliced fish and avocado on top.

When serving, decorate the bruschetta with any greens.
