Salads with beans are very popular in Turkish cuisine. Most of them are similar to each other, but still differ in details. Today I want to share with you such an appetizing recipe with green onions.
Ingredients
- Beans - 200 g
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beans until tender. It is better to soak it overnight before that.
Finely chop the pepper, herbs and green onions.
Season the salad, mix it with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.
