Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 200 g
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 30 g
- Provencal herbs - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
Add butter, warm milk and knead the dough.
Cover with a towel and put away in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Chop chicken fillet, mozzarella, mushrooms and peeled onion.
Fry the onion in butter until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and continue cooking until the moisture evaporates.
Sprinkle with salt, Provencal herbs and remove from heat.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake.
Brush one half with tomato sauce.
Lay out the fillets, fried mushrooms and mozzarella.
Cover the second half of the cake and seal the edges tightly.
Place the workpiece on a covered baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
