Recently, the Hawaiian dish is becoming more and more popular. It is present on the menu of most restaurants and, of course, many are happy to cook it at home. I think that the recipe for an appetizing sauce for poke is very relevant now.

Ingredients

Onion - half
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ginger - 50 g
Soy sauce - 100 ml
Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Sesame - 1 tsp.
Salt - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel onion, ginger and garlic, finely chop.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt and mix well.

Pour into the prepared sauce pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
