- Potatoes - 700 g
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cheese - 80 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until they are half cooked and cut into cubes.
Chop all the vegetables and grate the cheese. Beat the eggs with milk.
Fry the minced meat with onions until tender, add pepper, and after 3 minutes - zucchini.
Fry everything together for another 7 minutes.
Mix the minced meat with the potatoes and put them in a mold.
Pour the egg mass, sprinkle with cheese and put the casserole in the oven for half an hour at 170 degrees.
