A very simple recipe consisting of a minimum of ingredients and does not require special culinary skills. Oven-baked sea bass fillet is a great dish for a family dinner.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices. Place it in a greased baking dish.

Add onion, sliced into half rings and grated carrots to the potatoes.

Put the bass fillet on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.

To prepare the sauce, mix the tomato sauce with water, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over the fish.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove the fish from the oven, remove the foil. Decorate the dish to your liking and taste. Sprinkle on top with parsley and garlic passed through a press.
