Usually whole cauliflower inflorescences go into the casserole. But this time I offer you an original recipe with cabbage puree. And for the filling, chicken or just minced meat to your taste is suitable. Don't be afraid to experiment!
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 160 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the cauliflower until soft and chop with a blender with butter and a spoonful of sour cream.
Finely chop the chicken and onion, mix with sour cream and spices, and put in molds or in one mold.
Put cauliflower puree on top and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
