Can't cook the perfect steak? Try this recipe. Pre-marinated beef is baked under a double layer of foil. But the main highlight of the dish is given by fragrant rosemary. It's very simple and delicious!
Ingredients
- Beef (steak) – 500 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Pepper mixture with peas - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt (large) – to taste
- Rosemary - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly rub the pepper mixture with a pot in a mortar.
Rub the beef steak with salt, grated pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
In a hot frying pan with oil, fry the steak for 2 minutes on each side.
Cover the frying pan with steak with two layers of foil and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes. Depending on the thickness of the piece, the time may vary.
Carefully remove the foil, add the rosemary crushed with your fingers and leave for 10 minutes in the oven turned off.
