In our country, many do not even know about the existence of such a dish. Nevertheless, lamb liver shish kebab is often cooked in Georgia and Uzbekistan. It is traditionally served with a glass of red wine, a flatbread and a salad of fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- Lamb liver - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Sherry - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the onion.
Cut the lamb liver into small pieces, put it in a colander and rinse.
Add onion, sherry, salt, spices and oil. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
Put the pieces of liver and onion on the prepared skewers and fry on the grill for 15-20 minutes.
